Description
Does your child like animals? Does your child like making up stories? Does your child like creating things with their hands? During this course kids will learn a variety of handsewing techniques and stitches to create fantastical creatures out of felt and polyfill. This course will also include storytelling. While designing their creatures, student will work together to develop an origin story for the class creatures and work on some storytelling. Students will share ideas with each other as they create their creature narratives.
Note: A kit fee is included in the price of this course. Each student will receive a package with all needed supplies to complete their projects.
